Thank you for checking out our page.   Below are a few basic guidelines we use when selling.

• All horses/tack are sold "AS IS" however, we recommend coming and looking at the horses if you are interested in purchasing. Updated videos/Face time can be provided for serious buyers only.  We will do the best we can to disclose all information about the horses being sold. 
• ​Health checks will need to be done if going out of state.   Allow up to two weeks for this to be completed and scheduled. This will be included for any horse over $2,000.   Cost for health and Coggins will be additional $75 for any horse under $2,000. 
• Veterinary travel health checks are done on any horse being sold out of state, In state upon request.   Please allow up to two weeks. 
• We accept cash, PayPal/credit cards and Cash. All horses need to be paid for before pickup.  
• We use a purchase agreement/contract for each sale.  When a deposit is put on a horse, it will be sale pending until it is picked up and paid in full.

• All breeding stock has been 5 panel tested.  We have not tested everyone for Imm at this time.
• Registered horses including 2024 Foals will be selling with FULL AQHA papers (Not on Application)  AQHA would like Breeders to handle transfers of horses into the new owners name.  All registration papers will be held by the sellers until all forms of payments clear.  This generally takes two weeks. Transfer forms will be filled out at the time of pickup of the horse, or before if a shipper is picking up the horse.  We will submit the AQHA papers in for you.  Buyers will be charged $40 (Member) and $65 (Non-Member) They will come with a transfer. We do have two grade horses that will be selling without papers.  Their dam is grade, therefor the foals are too.  We have started the process of registering the foals.
